Introduction
Ghostdex is a private exchange for tokenized US stocks. You trade from ghost addresses that your main wallet never touches, or let an agent trade for you inside limits you set. Ghostdex never holds your funds.
What Ghostdex does
The stock tokens on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663, gas paid in ETH) are tokenized versions of listed shares and funds: Nvidia, Apple, Tesla, the S&P 500 fund SPY and many more. Ghostdex lists 95 of them. It reads the pools where they trade, finds the route that fills an order best, builds the transaction in your browser and hands it to a key you control.
On an ordinary trading interface, every order is signed by your wallet, so your whole history sits under one public address. Anyone who learns that address can read your portfolio. Ghostdex puts a layer in between.
- Ghosts: fresh addresses derived from one signature of your wallet. Switch the app to a ghost and every order is signed by it. Your main wallet does not appear in the trade. See Ghosts.
- Agents: an AI agent with a mandate in plain words, a list of stocks, a budget and an end date. It trades from its own ghost, so it can never spend more than you sent it. See Agents.
- Ghost mode: figures blurred on screen, and chain requests sent through the Ghostdex relay so that nodes see our server instead of your IP address. See Ghost mode.
The exchange underneath
Under the ghosts, Ghostdex is a complete exchange. Swaps, baskets, deposits, loans and launches can be signed by your main wallet or by any ghost.
- Swap a stock token against USDG or ETH. See Swap.
- Bridge in from Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum or BNB Chain, to yourself or straight to a ghost. See Bridge.
- Buy a basket: several stocks at stated weights, in one transaction. See Baskets.
- Earn on idle USDG in a Morpho vault, or lend to markets backed by stocks. See Earn and Lend.
- Launch a token paired with ETH, USDG or a stock, and choose where its fees go. See Launchpad.
What Ghostdex does not do
Ghostdex is an interface. It does not issue stock tokens, it does not run a pool, a vault or a bridge, and it has deployed no contract of its own. Every order is a call to a contract that was already on the chain: Uniswap's Universal Router, LI.FI's contracts, a Morpho vault or market, or Doppler's launch contracts. The full list is on Contracts.
Ghostdex is not a mixer either. It pools nobody's money and shuffles nothing. A ghost is an ordinary address that only you can derive. What it hides, and what it does not, is set out on Privacy model.
Because nothing passes through an account of ours, there is nothing for Ghostdex to freeze, lend out or lose. The other side of that: Ghostdex cannot reverse a transaction. Once a key signs it and the chain includes it, it is final.
Who issues the stock tokens
Every stock token listed here shares one implementation behind the beacon 0xe10b6f6B275de231345c20D14Ab812db62151b00. Ghostdex checks each listed token against that beacon before showing it. The issuer keeps controls that matter to holders: it can pause a token, block an address and apply corporate actions such as splits through a display multiplier. Risks explains what each one means for an order.
How figures are shown
A figure measured on the chain is set in monospace. When a source does not answer, the figure says so instead of guessing. With ghost mode on, balances and addresses stay blurred until you point at them.
Tokenized stocks are not offered to US persons, and each issuer sets its own eligibility rules. Check that you may hold them where you live before you trade.
